EXOUR is a service operated by Avi Malka Real Estate Appraisals Ltd. ("we", "our", "us"). By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Description

We provide digital 360° virtual tours, including optional add-ons such as drone footage, floor plans, and graphic highlights, to assist property owners in marketing and showcasing their real estate.

2. One-Time Purchase & Hosting

Each tour is a one-time purchase that includes 6 months of free hosting.
After this period, continued hosting will require a monthly subscription of 59 ₪.

3. Access & Password Protection

If you request to password-protect your tour, only those with the password will be able to view it — even if the link is shared publicly.

4. Intellectual Property

All media produced (photos, videos, 3D tours) are the intellectual property of EXOUR, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive usage rights solely for the promotion of the recorded property.

5. Usage Limitations

You may not resell, redistribute, or use EXOUR content for any other commercial purposes without prior written permission.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation is allowed only prior to the scheduling of the on-site visit. After filming has taken place, no refunds will be issued.

7. Liability Disclaimer

While we aim to deliver high-quality digital materials, we are not liable for:

• Loss of access due to incorrect client contact details

• Client misuse of links or QR codes

• Damage to reputation or financial loss due to the use or non-use of the tour
